A calling campaign is easier to review when its purpose and ownership are clear. Start with a brief that identifies the audience, the intended message, the calling system, and the person responsible for launch.

Connect the Records to the Campaign

Keep a source reference and stable identifier for each record. Retain the information your policy requires about contact preferences and consent. A reviewer should be able to connect those records to the configured screening process.

  • Record the campaign purpose and contact method.
  • Identify the source and date of each intake.
  • Retain screening results and their configuration.
  • Assign an owner to unresolved records.

Review the Handoffs

Ask each team to show how a record moves from intake to the calling system. Make the handling of missing information explicit. A missing result should trigger the process your compliance owner approved.

The DNCScrub product page provides background on screening and list management. Use the review to identify questions for your own compliance and integration teams.
